1. Worldwide Shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide.
Please check your local law before ordering. By ordering, you are confirming that you checked your country's laws and you can order and receive your order.

2. How can I pay?

Debit and Credit Cards
We accept all major credit/debit cards online.
Our online sales are 3D Secure, 256 bit encrypted and hacker safe making it a very safe place to enter your details.
We do not hold any records of credit/debit card details and all other customer's information remains confidential.

Bank Wire Transfers
We accept bank transfers/ international wire transfers.
Place your order online and checkout with Bank Transfer payment method. The details for bank wire transfer will be emailed to you.

Cryptocurrencies
We accept various cryptocurrencies.
Please contact us (info@g13labs.com) if you want to pay by one of the cryptocurrencies.

Cash Orders
We accept cash payments.

We advise to use registered mail services so you can follow tracking.

Cheques and postal/money orders can only be accepted from within the United Kingdom.
Please note: there will be a two-week holding period for an order paid for with a personal cheque.

We accept GBP, EUR, USD, AUD, CAD and NZD. If you want to use a currency that is not listed, please contact us.

3. Do you offer stealth shipping?

Yes, you can add stealth shipping to your order at the checkout by choosing to add 'Stealth Protected Delivery Option' to your order.
The order will be packed with miscellaneous item. Please be aware that the seeds will have to be repacked from original packaging and placed inside small zip lock bags for some countries.
All packs come labelled.

4. What is Stealth Protected Delivery?

The Stealth Protected Delivery gives you peace of mind that in case of non-delivery your order will be reshipped free of charge.
The order will be packed with miscellaneous item for stealth reasons. The seeds may have to be repacked from original packs into small ziplock bags for some countries.

Please note the Protected delivery is voided if the delivery details provided were incorrect/incomplete/invalid or if you refused the package on delivery or did not collect it from the mail services (the mail services will always attempt to deliver it to the delivery address, but if there was no one home at the time of the delivery, they may ask to collect the package from local post office).

If your international order is not delivered within 4 weeks please contact us.

5. How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

We aim to ship all orders the same day (Monday-Friday). The orders placed in afternoon might be posted the next working day.

Delivery Times:
All orders are posted with recorded delivery. The tracking ID is provided via email once pack-age was shipped.

UK: Most deliveries take 1-4 business days.

International: Most international deliveries take 7-15 business days. However they can take up to 4 weeks.
Please note it is customer's responsibility to collect package from mail services.

We use national mail services:

UK- Royal Mail
International - Royal Mail in the UK and your country's national postal services once package was passed to international mail.

6. Which Currency will you charge me in?

You will be charged in GBP or EUR. The amount will be provided at the checkout.
If there is any currency conversion your card issuer will do it for you. Please note your card issuer may charge international transaction fee.

7. My payment was declined

UK - please make sure your card is 3D verified and that you have sufficient funds.
International - please make sure you have sufficient funds on the card and contact your bank/card issuer and ask them to remove any blocks on international transactions.

If you are sure that you have entered all details correctly and your card is activated for inter-national use but the payment gets declined, please contact us.

8. 3D authentication

3D Authentication is an extra security check your card issuer/our payment processor may re-quire to be completed when processing payment.

9. An incorrect/damaged item received

Please contact us via email immediately. We will have to see a picture of the item you have received. Once we have a proof that we have sent an incorrect item we will contact you to discuss your options.

Please keep all packaging that your order arrives in/with, in case there is a problem with your shipment. We urge that you do this so we can help rectify the issue.
